Being an IT professional myself, I like to try and fix everything myself, but when it comes to hardware and Apple products, I leave it to the experts. So after my main iMac failed and I had very little joy from other companies, I found IFixApple and the very knowledgable Darren! In no time I had a replacement machine with no loss of data, up and running. Darren then found time to help me find a backup machine for the office and upgrade that to a higher spec.
