You will be presented with an estimated offer once you find your exact model using our Estimator tool. Our Purchasing Department will review all the details of your submission within one (1) business day and send you a formal offer.
Your estimated offer assumes that all original accessories will be included. Please let us know in your submission if any original accessories are missing.
Once you accept our offer we will email Purchase Order documentation, instructions for sending your equipment, and a prepaid Return Label to cover shipping. We test and inspect your equipment upon arrival and send payment within three (3) business days after receiving the equipment.
If you have an item with cosmetic or operational defects, simply note this in the appropriate field after locating your model on the Mac-Estimator. Our Purchasing Department and technicians will carefully review the issues you report and provide a fair offer based upon our repair costs.
